Short terms for the waitlist site. The full product, when it launches, will have its own Terms of Service.
What this is
trackdayhq.com is currently a waitlist site for an upcoming software product. By submitting the signup form you agree to receive up to two emails about the launch (as described in the Privacy notice).
What this isn't
- This is not yet a product you can use, buy, or contract with.
- This is not a registration system for any motorsport event, club, or driving school. We will never collect waivers, payments, or vehicle/registration data through this site.
- Joining the waitlist does not guarantee you access, pricing, or anything else at launch. Pricing, features, and plans may change.
Acceptable use
Don't submit other people's email addresses, scrape the site, bypass the bot check, or otherwise misuse it. We rate-limit by hashed IP and may block addresses that abuse the form.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, [LLC_NAME] is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using this page. Our total liability for any claim related to this page will not exceed $100.
Disputes
Any dispute arising from this site will be governed by the laws of the State of [GOVERNING_STATE] and resolved by binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to the waitlist before taking effect.
